Is my private key in IronCAP X encrypted?
Yes, your IronCAP X private key is always encrypted using your user password.

Where is the user password stored?
Your IronCAP X user password is not stored anywhere, neither on our IronCAP X server nor your own computer/device. It is being used to encrypt your private key. The only way to decrypt your private key is to provide the correct password. In other words, it is impossible to retrieve your user password if you have forgotten it. We can only facilitate a reset of the password.
